For Making Idli

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Sooji
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1-2 Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Carrot grated
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt

For Tempering

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • 10-12 Curry leaves chopped
