- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 cup Water
- 1-2 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Carrot grated
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Mint leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
For Tempering
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 10-12 Curry leaves chopped
